Is the badge free?
Yes. No key, no account. The one condition is attribution: keep the image linked to dollarliquidity.com and leave the name on it, which credits Dollar Liquidity (dollarliquidity.com).
How often does it update?
The reading is recomputed on every data refresh, every 6 hours. Most inputs publish once per business day, so the number usually changes once a day. Browsers re-check the image after 30 minutes and shared caches can hold it for up to 6 hours, so a badge can trail the site by that much.
May I restyle it?
Choose the size and theme, and scale it with width and height at the same aspect ratio. What does the number mean?
It is the Dollar Liquidity Index (DLI) headline: 0 is the loosest reading and 100 the tightest; below 33 counts as loose and above 67 as tight. It describes dollar funding conditions as they are now: a coincident reading, not a forecast.
